This set is great for beginner bakers! Aesthetic enough that when they’re sitting on my counter they look nice, and they are sturdy and easy to use. I use the basket, lame, and plastic scraper the most. Just be careful and don’t leave the whisk or wood scraper in water like I did or it will discolor the wood. Rookie mistake on my part, but structurally they’re still okay!

I’m still learning but I’m pretty proud of this sourdough loaf I made using these tools!

I wish I'd had this when I first started making artisan breads. I just wanted a second banneton, and I already had a dough whisk and plastic dough scraper, but the ones included here are good quality and I'll use them too. Also, I really needed a lame, and this one works well (with replacement blades too). The metal scraper is good quality and nice to have too. You just need to purchase a Dutch oven, large mixing bowl, and bread knife separately, and you're ready to go.

I've used this set now for making sourdough bread, and it works great. I'm going to try it with spelt bread next.

To be honets I'm not a big fan of sets since they tend to be a bunch of low quality items, but this one really blew my mind. This sets includes a great variety of baking utensils (Banneton, scoring lame with additional blades, whisk, 2 Scrapers and a brush to keep your banneton clean) all of them of great quality and nicely put together in a resealable bag that you can use to store all your items when you're not using them.

No matter if you are a beginner or a experienced bread baker, this set is a great value for the money.

Oh, and did I mention that it arrived a couple of days earlier than expected ?

I love my Super Baking kit so much!! The banneton is well made, sturdy, and easy to clean. The lame is easy to use and allows me to score quickly, confidently, and precisely! It’s definitely my favorite part of the kit. I use the bench scraper for shaping, lifting my dough, and cleaning my counter top. Wonderful Banneton set that contains all the essentials for any bread baker! I especially like the addition of the cleaning brush that not many sets offer! its very important to keep your bannetons clean! the quality is really good and the scoring lame includes 5 replacement blades! I love the bowl and surface scraping tools. The bamboo bowl leaves pretty marks in the dough but I’ve been using other bowls instead so far.

The brush is especially good at moving flour debris.
